Calcium carbonate is a chemical compound with the formula CaCO3. It is a common substance found in rocks as the minerals calcite and aragonite (most notably as limestone) . There are mainly three grades of CaCO3 namely ACC, PCC & GCC.

I) ACC:

Activated Calcium Carbonate is produced by surface coating the Precipitated Calcium Carbonate
slurry with Fatty Acids (Stearic Acid) and Titnate Coupling Agent then filtering and drying of
the coated PCC slurry to produce ACC powder. The particle size, as well as the crystal form is
precisely controlled by temperature, concentration of reactants and other process parameters.

Features:
• Highly effective
• Precisely formulated
• Accurate composition

Applications:
• Plastic industry
• Pharmaceuticals
• Rubber industry
• Cosmetics
• Paints
• Printing ink
• Sealants and mastics

II) PCC:

Presicipitated calcium carbonate is synthetically processed from naturally occurring high grade lime stone. The major advantage of the product is its availability in different bulk densities from 0.40 gms/cc to 0.9 gms/cc, with brilliant white color, depending upon the requirement of end user. The assay (purity) of material is around 98.0 % as CaCO3. The material is fluffy and free from inclusions.

Features:
• Excellent optical properties
• Optimum Fineness
• High purity
• Superior performance
• Longer shelf life
• Simple usage
• Non hazardous

Applications:
• Precipitated Calcium Carbonate is used as paper coating for premium quality paper products
• Rubber Industries
• PVC/ Plastic industries
• Flattering agent in Paint Industries
• In thermal & electrical Insulators
• For making Tooth Paste
• Pharmaceuticals
• Food industries

III) GCC:

Grounded Calcium Carbonate is processed through naturally occurring high purity calcite ores containing CaCO3 as major component. The selected raw material has to be washed, crushed ,fine grinded and then classified precisely to attain the products of exceptional consistent & desirable quality available in a variety of grades. Two processes are used to produce GCC:
A dry process line (GCC), involves a series of crushing and fine milling stages that produces a fine (micronized) product. During the processing, the material is processed & classified in dry form to attain the desired quality of the products. Thefineness (D 50) of the standard products thus obtain is 2-5) microns.
In the wet process (WGCC), the coarser powder materials obtain initially from dry process used as the raw material. The powder raw material prepared in slurry form after adding the suitable additive then made to pass through stages of wet attrition mills to get ultrafine product slurry with low viscosity of close PSD band. The slurry has The calcium carbonate slurry thus obtained is filtered & supplied through tankers & barrels or packed in dried form.

Features:
• High Brightness
• Large Surface Area
• Controlled Particle Size
• High stability
• Correct formulation
• Easy to use

Applications:
• Adhesives & Sealants
• Animal & Pet Feeds
• Construction
• Fertilizers
• Glass & Ceramics
• Paint & Surface Coating
• Paper filler & coating pigments
• Plastics
• Rubber & Elastomers

Calcium Hydroxide, traditionally called Slaked Lime, is an inorganic compound with the chemical formula Ca(OH)2. It is a colourless crystal or white powder and is obtained when calcium oxide (called lime or quicklime) is mixed or "slaked" with water. Depending upon the type of quicklime used and the hydrating conditions employed, the amount of water in chemical combination varies as follows:

High Calcium Hydrated Lime :
High Calcium Quicklime produces a hydrated lime containing generally 72 to 74 percent Calcium Oxide and 23 to 24 percent chemically combined water. High Purity Hydrated Lime reduces it's Consumption, Handling Cost, Transportation and increases quality of finished product. On specific demand we can provide Hydrated lime with Ca(OH)2 more than 90% upto 94%. It has many names including Hydrated Lime, Caustic Lime, Builder's Lime, Slack Lime, Cal or Pickling Lime.

Talc, Hydrous Magnesium Silicate, is a soft mineral used in Food, Drugs, Cosmetics and Industrial applications. It comes in various colour having different properties. It is used as a Filler and combining agent in many industries especially in Plastic and Paints.
